SHIPPING: We ship all orders as soon as possible, very often the same day. We use UPS Service, so please do not provide a post office box as UPS does not deliver to a post office box. RETURN POLICY: All purses shown on the website are AS IS. We will cannot change colors, interior fabrics, handles, etc., Each purse is handcrafted using the finest workmanship. Also keep in mind that the cigar boxes are all original and used, so therefore may have some slight blemishes due to normal handling. We think that this adds to their charm and gives them a distinctive look. If, after receiving your purse, you are unhappy for any reason, you may return it within 3 days for a full refund or exchange.
